I obtained my first set of points that should allow me to
indicate where most of the trails are. Here is the first imagery map I have
made and this map clearly shows some of the roadways and trails. I will likely
use one map of this format and another with a simpler basemap and layers so the
map looks less busy. I will add the points to both maps shortly.
You could keep the imagery map. Just make sure that you make the borders to the preserve so no one thinks that the residential area is part of the preserve. If anything, cover the houses or cut them out of the map if you can, while leaving the roads intact.
